Grilled lemon chicken thighs and potatoes
Short on ingredients but
long in flavor, this one pan food only requires side salad to be complete on
one of these dishes.

2 tbs. honey
¼ cup of olive oil as needed
3 lemons have been washed,
cut ends and halved

Preparation

middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 450 F
Brush the baking sheet
coated with tinfoil with oil. Arrange the lemon slices close to the meat in the
middle of the pan. Brush the top with 2 teaspoons of oil. Bake until brown on
